Fire Retardant Deck composed of minimum 4.5mm steel plate insulated on un-stiffened, fire exposed side. Insulation system is composed of two-pack epoxy based primer (MUKI EPS Red) covered by a two component (base & cure) epoxy thick-film intumescent coating, 'Jotachar JF750'., The application of the insulation system is to be in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation. Prior to the application, the steel decks are to be abrasive blasted to grade Sa2.5 of Swedish Standard SIS 05 5900:1967., Alternative primers and topcoats may be used provided they have been tested and approved by the manufacturer in accordance with their documented procedure.,
